Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by GrowthEdge Coaching & Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

GrowthEdge Coaching & Consulting provides executive coaching, strategic consulting, and business development services including but not limited to:

• Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
• Fractional COO Support and Operations Consulting
• Strategic Planning and Facilitation
• Culture and Team Development
• Systems Thinking for Scale
• EOS® Implementation and Business Process Optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Cooperation and Participation

You agree to actively participate in coaching sessions, provide timely access to necessary information, and implement agreed-upon strategies and frameworks.

3.2 Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and insights shared during coaching and consulting sessions.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Coaching and consulting packages are billed according to the agreed-upon schedule.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, which varies by service type and circumstances. Unused coaching sessions may be eligible for partial refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all proprietary coaching methodologies, frameworks, and materials created by us. You retain ownership of your business insights and implementation strategies.

6. Coaching and Consulting Relationship

Our coaching and consulting relationship is built on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect. We commit to providing professional, ethical guidance while you commit to active participation and implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to business decisions made based on our guidance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered and any outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
